Refund & Modification Policy VAIN Abayas

Thank you for choosing VAIN Abayas. Each design in our collection is crafted with intention, detail, and the highest standards of quality. We kindly ask you to review the policy below before completing your order.

Domestic Delivery (Within Doha)

Delivery fees range from QAR 40 to QAR 100, depending on the customer’s location.

International Shipping

For orders outside Qatar, shipping fees vary by destination and courier rates.
Final charges will be calculated at checkout once the delivery address is entered.

We don’t provide alteration services .

At VAIN Abayas, each garment is produced with care and precision. Because of this, we do not accept product returns or exchanges. However, if you require adjustments to your order, we offer modification services to help ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Modification

To request a modification, the following conditions must be met:

1. The abaya must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged.
2. Requests must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

All orders placed with VAIN Abayas are final and non-refundable.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees associated with modification services.
VAIN Abayas will cover the cost only if the issue is due to an error on our side (e.g., receiving the wrong item).

VAIN Abayas follows a strict no-refund policy.
All confirmed orders are final and cannot be refunded.

• The order will be held for a maximum of 60 days.
• After 60 days, the order will be considered abandoned, and VAIN Abayas will not be responsible for storing, refunding, or re-delivering the item.
• If re-delivery is requested within the 60-day holding window, additional delivery fees will apply.

VAIN Abayas reserves the right to update or revise this policy without prior notice.
